19 years ago we bought our home in Wheelers Hill from a young agent with Barry Plant called Sam Rosello. When it came to sellin it this year (March) we chose Barry Plant and to our surprise Sam was still there. We chose Barry Plant for several reasons- their excellent presentation before signing with them, their success in selling homes in the area and the professional agents that they have. Selling a family home can be quite stressful but at all times the Barry Plant team kept us up to date with how the program was going, how many people attended the open for inspections, even how many hits we got on the Internet. The agents - Sam, Sonia, Jasmin, Kathleen and the rest of the team were always very professional in their approach to us and potential buyers. At auction they achieved the sale price that we were looking for. Thank you very much to Barry Plant for making the process as easy as possible.

Would put 0 if I could. This rent office is also the same management team as the mount Waverley office. Boyfriend at the time and I had horrible troubles with our rental. The rental had holes between the roof and the walls, mould and caused regular sickness; 1 year lease was horrific. When we left we were charged for cleaning and garden maintenance, I told them we shouldn't have to pay to clean up their foot prints from an open house they didn't tell us was going on. After multiple requests to do the final walk through with a staff member, they sent us a copy of their paperwork stating damage we had supposedly done. Then they then tried to charge us for preexisting damages (including heating / cooling which never worked). Ended up having to have me at one office and partner at the other as we were constantly told "your agent is at the other office, you'll have to see him there." Have been with Barry Plant Rowville with another property and haven't had a single issue.
