Open from 7AM-11PM, convenient self check-out, right across my accommodation.
The staff in this new world need a raise. The beautifully stacked fruit and veg is only a taster for what lies beyond. The aisles are where it’s at! I’ve never seen such perfect facing off in such a busy supermarket. Highly recommend for OCD riddled or boring people like me!
This is the most amazing supermarket I have been to and shopping here is a real joyful experience. Shelves look immaculate, fruit and vege department looks very attractive. The bakery, butchery and fish departments have an enormous selection and it all looks fabulous. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The craft beer selection is huge!!!!! Great fresh coffee and scrumptious donuts from the bakery department.
Bright, clean store. Plenty of parking. Plenty of choice. Helpful staff. Also, there is a customer toilet down the end past the self service section. Don't leave your car parked for too long. After 90 minutes you might get a ticket!

it’s a very nice store, and they had everything displayed nicely and the floors are exquisite. I honestly all have an upstanding appreciation to their baked goods section. their muffins and baguettes are so scrumptious
No doubt this place has the best custard muffins hands down the only problem is the store is literally a mess when it opens its doors boxes down lsles people filling shelves and 90% of the time there's no muffins on the shelves I have to ask staff when are they ready for those of us that start work early and nice warm fresh muffin is a yummy treat for the start of our working day I just wished they were there when the store opens
I wish i had photo's to show you my experience in this supermarket. Everything is so neatly stacked, presentable and immaculate . I thought I was overseas for a moment due to the selection. But what got me was the bakery and hot food selections. The pastries and muffins honesty the sizes looked like they were on steroids due to being so big and the money's worth. The pizza slices OML they are fricken delicious. The international selection wow I felt like a little kid in a candy shop. It was really nice to experience this. I hope other supermarkets can follow this the pride that this particular supermarket has because this is what I call well looked after. Thanks New World Welly City I'll definitely be back
Exceptional supermarket. Opens early and closes late and is open most days. It’s big, clean, super organised and efficient. You can find anything there when it comes to groceries even some Asian groceries e.g. Japanese miso and mayonnaise to Indonesian 2 minute noodles. It also stocks basic range of office stationary, greeting cards, magazines and runs a bakery and cell at the far back and ice cream and coffee counter right at the front entrance with a Lotto corner next to it. If you’re feeling generous, there are also donation bins to shelters for human and animals just before you exit. Best supermarket in town :
For the past few months our household has made numerous comments and noticed a drop in the quality, taste, texture and smell of the chicken from the meat section of this New World. Tonight is another occasion where the smell and taste is soo bad that we will not be eating it. We have never got a sense that the chikcen has gone bad/expired and on other occasions we've had to push past the smell and taste in order to eat dinner. We otherwise enjoy our food from here and are regular shoppers but it would be good to know where they source their chicken from and whether or not there has been a change in supplier.
