Extremely negative experiences at this location.nThe self checkouts are dysfunctional and will often add things to your bill or not properly scan things so that they don’t show up on your receipt. While this is a problem the real issue is the staff.nnToday when this happened to me again an old white man on staff was very aggressive about it.nAnd just a few weeks ago when my wife actually brought a new world bag to use there from home an older woman on staff immediately accused her of stealing it.nnWhenever I have had problems with the self checkout which is every time the teenagers are always polite and help fix the problem.nnIt seems like it the older workers, aka management, are the problem. Which explains why I’ve never seen a young person last much long than a month there.
Small supermarket but it is still very well stocked. Even has a bakery inside that sells reasonably priced sandwiches and hot pies that seem popular during lunch hours. Be prepared to queue during peak hours- after work especially. But the lines move fast just need to be patient.
Bought my lunch here today, a roast beef roll from the deli $7.50, man it was delicious and so worth the price.
Great layout, easy to find what you want & well suited for one person shoping
After being humiliated to the max bye some Maori person with a knife for know reason at all in the queue with twenty people watching . None of the staff not the secrerity did anything.. then when I mentioned it they just said it was a police matter . So saw the police and they said what can we do about it.
