Friendly staff, fast service at the checkout, they have a good selection of GF products, Also good selection of vegan and vegetarian ready made meals, they sell some really great vegan sausage, good luck thing about them is they don’t smell like real meat, It is cool to have a cafe in the middle of supermarket, grab a coffee and shop around, they sell really good vegan sausage rolls, in their cabinet area.
I love Moore Wilson. Upstairs, they have an abundance of cookware, bakeware, food storage options, glasses of all sorts, knives and other kitchen tools, small kitchen appliances, home goods from doormats to towels, and probably lots of things that I'm forgetting to mention. Downstairs, they have a grocery store with many items that are hard to find elsewhere, such as fresh yeast, along with staple supplies. We always visit at least once during our visits to New Zealand. This time they had invited a cheese maker to showcase his cheeses in the store and the samples were delicious, of course we had to buy some :
Over priced :$5.50 for a tiny custard tart as in two bites tiny. Id happily pay that if it was a pie sized custard tart. Left empty handed just not willing to pay the exorbitant prices.
The Supermarket is quite huge and has all the fresh vegetables, fruits and dairy.nnIt also has the bread, buns and other bakery items. Lots of groceries.nnIts a bit too expensive but worth the price. It also has separate sections for wines, beers and spirits.
Most day's the staff are nice.nEspecially the one's who recognize us as regular customers.nToday I am very upset at the attitude of young Nicholas.nI picked up a specials Item which sadley did not have the specials pricenwritten or stickered.nThe the cashier said these are not on special.nnI said Yes they are they are on the specials table marked. Please go have a look.nHe said Well I don't know. I can't go look. I don't do that..nSo I said to him it's not my job to price the stock either I'm the customer.nnSo I left withthe purchase and paid for my $283.76nand left without the christmas pudding which have been on sale since January this year.nnIf this is what customer service is like in out future it's no wonder shops ae closing.nVery dissapointed.
