The supermarket has a lot to offer and I found staff very helpful when asking for something. However didn't get a great checkout person. Maybe not their day? So that was a bit of a downer. Usually really good. Also no one packing your groceries now. Not sure when that stopped.

Slow service at deli. Weighed the food in the container, so paid for the container + chicken weight. Went to pay & only 1 register was open, was behind a guy who had a full cart. There was a lot of staff just standing around not doing anything. Was forced to use the self check out. Really poor customer service & while chicken looked good it had no taste! Do not recommend.

This is a really nice supermarket. Lots of produce and products. We always do our shopping here

I always like going to NW Birkenhead the staff are always so helpful and friendly. Most of the time it is easy and painless to get through the till!
