Food can be past use by quite often so must always check. Noodles with clearly labelled store in fridge left out in the open in the heat. Fresh veggies are great and meat is fresh. Pricing good. Variety of everything good. No hand sanitiser and no pay wave, despite being a store that had covid infected person come by. Also refusing to refund faulty goods, do not buy any of the equipment here. Its actually illegal to refuse refund for faulty under consumer guarantees act. Staff difficult to communicate with in english.
Really disappointed by my experiencewith Tai Ping. They didn't have the things I ordered in stock fresh meat and didn't even ring me to over an alternative. Left it to the courier to tell me I needed to reorder. Tried to ring them and find out what was in stock and was basically told we are really busy, I can't see the picture of what you are ordering, ring back later. Really wanted to give them another go. They should label their products better on the Easi site and I don't understand why they didn't want my money. Oh well guess it's back to new world.
Good prices, at tims. Uninviting & horrible attitude, nt always gud produce, no one can speak a word of English except "I don't know". No customer service, nt even a smile when at checkouts. They too busy talking to each while scanning food to notice you exist. Poorly organised, at times wonder if I shuld even go due to lack of hygiene. Only go there sometimes cuz I have to.
WARNING, HEALTH HAZARD! Purchased Dorayaki Japanese sweets, see pictures a few days ago. It tasted funny and I spat whatever inside my mouth only to find out this product is totally off! they are covered with black mold How gross! It cost me around $7 after discount, the products were promoted and located right in front of the cashers near exit. The Tai Ping store had better remove them from sales immediately before make other people sick. I rang 09-480-8408 but only got Fax tones. I live far away from this store 200km and have no faith to get my money back....
Good place to get authentic ingredients...good prices too...reasonable... parking is ok but depends what time...steer away from peak hour times....hsrd to park
