Need more gates to train station from the main entrance. Sign boards should be displayed outside near bus waiting area on train timings. More digital display boards showing train timings with platform details should be placed over head of gates also on platforms where commuters can see from the escalator when going down. Automatic doors should be installed on the platform for enhanced safety of commuters.
A pretty decent train station with customer care service and help desk. They have waiting area, bike parking area and toilet facilities too. And very close to New Lynn transport station to exchange with his services.

Clean and generally fairly pleasant. It would be helpful if there was a system to get into the eastern end of the station without a HOP card, but I understand the need for the automatic doors.
Great train station which is next to the shopping mall. The stations is always clean and the trains are always on time.
GENERALLY clean despite the fact that Green Bay and Kelston kids come here to hang out . Just needs pest control to come in real quick and it'd be sweet in a jif.
got some weird smells at times, but it looks cool
