Soldiers' Memorial Walkway

It is serene and so interesting and the recorded information gives an insight to events. The walk would be easy for most people. The cafe is a great place for coffee and snacks plus the outdoor area is pet friendly. Altogether a wonderful place to visit.

A moving tribute to those who served in our defence and so many who paid the ultimate price for our freedom.

Very well maintained track. Short but long enough for little ones... Lions club installed motion activated audio and photo info re Kokoda war were great

This is just a beautiful place to visit during the day and stop for a picnic with BBQ facilities or at the great coffee shop. I found stopping at every spot moving and touching hearing all about the history. Great water views as well.

Walking is one of my favourite activities. I was here the other day and made my first foray into the Kokoda Track Memorial. Much easier than the actual Kokoda, and this one has many interesting information boards about the war if you’re interested to learn. You can otherwise enjoy the waterside scenery.
