Support local business. Personal service. They take the time to ensure you pick the correct item. Great variety and prices. Uniquely different will not find the same old same old items that you will find at the bigger commercial jewellers. Will definately go back as i have my eye on a unique piece and they do lay by.

I needed my engagement ring resized and had my finger sized at the store the ring was purchased from where I was told I needed an E1/2 because my ring is a top-heavy solitaire and it needed to fit snug otherwise the diamond would always fall to the side. When I went to Nerang Jewellers, I was warmly greeted by a lovely lady who sized my finger again. She recommended an F but I was still concerned about the comment the previous store said about my ring being top heavy. I decided to go with an E1/2. My ring was ready within a few hours and it was done beautifully. The fit was snug which was what I wanted, or so I thought. After a week of wearing it I found that it the ring was just a touch too small for comfort so I returned to Nerang Jewellers to resize my ring to an F. I spoke to a nice gentleman who told me to come back in half an hour. When I picked up my ring, the craftsmanship was superb and the fit was perfect. I couldn’t be happier with their services. I opened up my wallet ready to pay and the gentleman smiled and said I don’t owe anything. I had made the mistake of not listening to the lady when she recommend an F and they resized my ring free of charge, I was blown away by this kindness and generosity. I would highly recommend Nerang Jewellers, not only are they quick, but their customer service, knowledge and craftsmanship cannot be flawed.
