Great people and great service! Anthony gave us exactly the price we were hoping for our gold and the staff there were so friendly! Had a good laugh with Marilyn while we waited in the shop and even got an excellent price to fix a gold chain clasp. Will definitely return in future and also recommend... Great work guys

Very disappointed. I got my engagement ring resized here which was done promptly. However the jeweler did not ensure that stones were secure after resizing. After picking up the ring the middle stone was very loose (could even hear it jingling like bells). I returned to advise I was not happy with the workmanship and was advised in return that this had been a common complaint and will get this "fixed free of charge". After 3 days I returned to pick it up and was advised "the jewelers have examined it and said that stone is going nowhere and should not be touched". Still concerned as I could still hear and see the stone moving I sought a second opinion. Another jeweler advised that I was right to be concerned and that I could have lost the stone all together if I delayed repair. In response to your reply: Thank you very much for your responses. Thank you also for your offer to refund both amounts. However; your mutipal contact attempts and requests to remove this review in exchange for the refund is bribery of sorts. This leads me to question the integrity of your business and authenticity of your apology. In addition to this; securing the stone is part and parcel of resizing the ring. It is ensuring that the workmanship is up to par prior to sending the product back to leaving the shop. Any alterations made to the ring especially in regards to resizing will alter the structure as any jeweler would know. As tempting as it is to accept my money back, I feel that this has not been handled professionally as I would expect a jeweler to have dealt such matters.
