Jake is the 'wheel-deal '😉. He unreservedly exchanged a recently replaced rear wheel with another as one spoke had failed . He is a Real Kool dude in keeping the client happy beyond expectations. He is enthusiastic, experienced and Super helpful .Good old fashioned service from a Gen Y guy .😎 Kevenergy. 5* Rating number Too! Jake is the now 'ultimate' BMX- BIKEologist ( with honours !) The rear wheel referred to above developed a 'burr' on it and destroyed three tubes at stem post..so off to Jake I go and Hey Presto he used some "n8" wire technology and a new tube @ mate$ rate$ and Bingo > back on the road in 8-10 minutes ! .
