I would say this was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The blonde, curly-haired staff member on the counter was extremely rude to us and also to the customers behind us. She was dismissive of our questions and made the whole experience unpleasant rushing us to pay. Really disappointing, I won’t be coming back to this store.
Great variety of craft beers, with a bonus of single can sales. Surprised they carry Blanton's bourbon, very hard to find in the States . Excellent selection of alcohol.
Majority of staff excellent. Some staff absolutely useless at customer service. Remember who pays your wages! hint:it's your customers
Been coming here along time to get my supplies, close to home and they always have some really good bargains too and can always find what I want. Shelves are always stocked well and very organised and they never seem to run out of anything. Staff are friendly and helpful if I'm looking for something in particular. Gets super busy most afternoons when people knock off work, plus on weekends. Plenty of parking but hectic at times, there are trolleys outside if your picking up a few things which is handy, its always a good place to go
Wanted a cold 10 pack they had none so asked can I take out the hot ones and swap with cold ones ? mind you they had heaps of cold 4packs they said no you can only swap out 2 hot cans for 2 cold cans super rude. So walk 100 metres to liquor land pay $1 extra and got 10 cold one with great service and a smile. People over profit
