Very unprofessional, I would say this is the worst employment centre in Townsville. Was transferred here by Centerlink and thought I’d give them a chance despite everyone not having anything good to say about them at all. Waited months for a call back only to be told I’ve I’m not in the system no longer. Horrendous rapport, they just don’t care. They only care about making work easier for themselves. I would never recommend neato, it ain’t even indigenous friendly they treat you like dirt and ignore you and your concerns. Never go here!
This lot of fool's don't help anyone, come to Ingham when they like, got off centrelink and asked if they could send me my resume, now the reply, you are not on centrelink sorry we can't help you any more it takes up our time,and hung up, no interest in helping people, I'm working 15 hours a week. The lot of you should get a real job,washing dishes at maccas, that's all you are good for.
