I am extremely upset with this company. I always have problems with deliveries. I was waiting for this package because it was a Christmas gift for my partner, and you left it in plain sight, exposed to everyone. Clearly, someone could have stolen it.nnThis situation is unacceptable. What am I supposed to do in cases like this?
Exceptional staff very caring kind and understanding I could never give them a bad review or bad feedback they are really understanding when it comes to people who have a disability or mental health I believe the staff there deserve a promotion especially Kathleen Gibson thank you for taking you time while working and helping me you may figure it out or not absolutely would go there for all my deliveries an mail highly recommend this post office to everyone
The old lady with the horrid black eyebrows and blonde hair was completely rude to the young man behind the counter, he looked nervous and uncomfortable. Every time I’ve gone in there I’ve seen staff wanted posters all over the place, maybe the issue is not hiring more staff but treating your staff better so there’s less turnaround. Another lady also spoke up to her and told her to calm down and treat her staff members better, to which she talked back to that customer and said “what ever”. The young man on the other hand was lovely and served me super quickly and efficiently.
Worst customer service ever that I have been experienced. Come many times to pick up parcel and they’re not allowed to get mine due to putting preferred name on parcel which I used it legally for everything. The lady is very insulting when they said I made up my name, don’t ever say something like that with people name. They also allowed someone else to skip the waiting line without saying anything.
The worst post office for customer service I have come across, especially for a small business. They have not been rude once but on multiple occasions. Unwilling to help with basic postage label. I would rather drive 20 mins to the next post office.
