Was ill. Couldn't collect parcels that were supposed to be delivered anyway. They returned them all. Gave me number to call to track them. They couldn't! For any of them. Spectacular failure Australia Post! And they wonder why their failing, um, not being outrageously incompetent might help.

Failed to deliver my parcel, managed to get there to collect and they'd returned it all! I ordered home delivery because I'm severely disabled, so really didn't need this! You can't call to discuss! Fail!!!!

Unsatisfactory when you cannot get a phone number for the Post Office. The person who answered was in "whoop whoop" somewhere and despite her being very efficient and official, I could not get past her to the actual Post Office. So annoying!

We received the best customer service by Marie from the Townsville Post Office. She help us with my husband's passport application and nothing was too much for her. Never experienced anything like this with Australia Post before.

Never get delivery notices/slips when (if) they come to deliver and no one is home.
