It was refreshing to see An Indegenous front officer, such a nice and helpful young lady, spoke in a courteous manner, maintained my privacy, spoke in a normal tone, not screaming out while having a conversation with someone next to you which is what most front desk persons do. I am unsure who taught them that shouting shows your confident. this lady was just awesome. And all other staff were helpful and very knowledgeable about their job . Great place.
The worst customer service at front desk. Tried to tell us to go to aikenvale. Me and husband walked in too appointment to update details for our mygov to get goverment assistance. He booked him in to see someone and not me to see someone. So I had to go up and re ask AGAIN to see someone and had to wait behind in line for everyone. !!!!!
They were extremely Helpful, Very Friendly And excellent Customer Service, but remember they Only for elderly people and Citizenship interview and test, you have to go to another office for other case...
They were extremely friendly and wanted to help to the best ability , thought we would be there for long but seems like they had it under a better way to get customers in and out.
I had a gentleman named Julian at the main counter help me with a Medicare query and it is a long time since I have had such a pleasant and helpful person anywhere. He is an asset to your organization.
