Needed to head in for a new photo to renew my licence. Woman that greeted me at the door was nice and helped me get a ticket. Waited only a short time before being seen and the woman at the desk was both polite and fast.
The entire team here was effective, efficiant, fast, friendly, and everyone genuinely seemed like they wanted to help. I'll be returning and telling my customers about how great the experience was.
Counter staff were mostly good, office manager I'm assuming as she interrogated people waiting just after official close time was rude and abrupt. Apparently delays outside of customers control while waiting is a capital offence
Excellent service staff couldn't be happier got in and out whith in half an hour
Ordered a new drivers license back in April, called today to see where it is. Was on hold for 20 minutes before speaking to someone. Went through 10 minutes of security checks. Drivers license was sent to my address but not received by me so is now “lost” and I have to pay $80 for a new one. I said I will come in and purchase a new one they can give me today rather than posting. “We no longer offer that service.” In summary, someone else has my license, I have to purchase another one, no other solution to this problem, nothing in place to stop the same thing happening again. Appalling effort in my opinion. Very disappointed.
Long waiting but friendly service
My wife and I went in for an inter-state drivers licence transfer. They were very efficient; we were in and out in under half and hour. Probably my best experience with a state government agency I have ever had
Practical driving instructor doesn't no which is left or right on a many occasions. How can we feel confident in you, if your practical driving instructor are to which seems dyslexic . Don't get me wrong your there to do a job. But it helps when these professionals in this line of work do know which way is left or which way is right. I got not trust at this department. The young people going for there licences getting confused as what to do cause you obviously don't. I'll be taking this further
Have to call in often and have always had mostly helpful and obliging staff. I think maybe reviews complaining about bad service might correlate with some of the horrendous behaviour from customers towards staff. Just because it’s a govt dept doesn’t mean you can treat people that way. You get back what you send out.
Staff very knowledgeable ..was concerned about a vechike I bought and how it was stolen and ended up not in my name ...how I have had 3 cars now broken into !
