Scott was amazing. I came in to do my trailer transfer of ownership and there were so many forms and it was very overwhelming. Scott took all of the paperwork and put me absolutely at ease, helping me all the way through the process. I am so thankful to Scott. Absolutely amazing customer service and very much appreciated.

I had a very disappointing experience. The instructions provided were unclear, and we were not informed about where or how to return the old number plate. This lack of communication caused unnecessary confusion. Additionally, there was no greeting or basic customer service. Unfortunately, the staff member at the counter was quite rude, which made the experience even more unpleasant.

Today I first went to Canon Park transport department for my DA renewal but they couldn't find my vevo check and said you don't have visa . I was surprised because I already check my granted visa. Staff were inexperienced.  Then I went to garbutt transport department and got everything done in 15 mins. Such awesome, experienced staff. Thanks  5 star  service

Be prepared for the loooong wait. 10 counters, only 4 open at 1030 on Tuesday ‍.  And you watch others who arrived AFTER you getting served before you.nTMR has signs everywhere asking  for customer respect etc but doesn’t  appear to reciprocate.  No wonder customers get angry and abusive.

The process is very easy, and the staff are friendly helpful and quick to assist making everything smooth and hassle free
