I am only giving a two for the lovely lady that greets you and directs you as you walk in and the other good workers I can hear engaging politely with civilians unfortunately when it was my turn Needed to transfer rego the thing serving me was very rude, didn't know about duty value trying to correct me which affected the final payment, I was livid, I went in for a 175$ fee and she somehow managed to try and scam me out of over $500 I told her I'd come back another day and she didn't even say a work or acknowledged us just looked frustrated and annoyed at our presence, just wanted to say that with a face like yours sweetie you should be serving guests and you need a serious attitude check, you're very lucky it was me in there with my dad and not my mum because she would have wiped that smug ugly look from your face, I make triple what you are making and don't need a little ugly girl looking down on me, I hope a car hits you or you pass soon.

We recently had to update our details at the Department of Transport and Main Roads Customer Service Centre, Garbutt. We can not speak highly enough of Liana. Her customer service, patience and professionalism was outstanding. Thank you Liana, we really appreciated your assistance.

Did my MR licence test + heavy vehicle written today.  There was very minimal wait for any of my services and all four staff were absolutely wonderful & warm.nnThanks Deb for making me feel more comfortable during my driving test, Scott for being so chill with my written test, and John for being lovely as always.nnEven though TMR was my only option, you still provided incredible customer service and were great to deal with.

I recently visited TMR in Garbut to inquire about my motorcycle license, and I was assisted by Mr. Scott. I was thoroughly impressed by his professionalism and the clear, helpful information he provided. Employees like Mr. Scott are a true asset to TMR. Highly recommend his service!

To the lady today in training 30.11.23 maybe before you finish your training you should consider if a job in customer service is the right job for you! Your customer service was the worse I have experienced in a very long time. You were inpatient and rude. I feel sorry for anyone that has to deal with you!!
