I went in person and months prior to set up my abstudy because I thought it'd be more efficient and knowledgeable than doing it myself online. But the lady set me up for Incidentals Only even though I wanted the abstudy + Incidentals payment. Now I have to wait another 3 months for my incidentals, and I'm already struggling with the lack of resources.nnThe only reason it isn't 1 star is because of the phone operator that helped after.
Useless in every possible way, there computers are supposedly for use to sort out issues, you can't even get outside web pages such as superannuation to sort out issues caused by centrlink. I rang the centrelink phone number & i was told due heavy amount of calls at this time, to try again later, this went on for a day & half, when i got thru, i was on hold for 1 hr & 3/4 & when i got answed, they told me, i'd have to ring my super trust, which i already had done right before i rang centrelink, but they could'nt fix the issue until centrelink done the part, by changing the computers, when it was there mistake to start with.nASOLUTELY USELESS.
Phone service is as useful as a cocktail umbrella in a rainstorm, been trying since Wednesday to contact them in regards to non-payment of my pension on the 20th Not Happy at all
Guard with luscious hair, told me no photos in government buildings...
The only reason I give this is the way I was spoken to upon entry. A gentleman and myself where ordered with no Hello and eyebrows raised with attitude of the lady sercuity officer. Very ride person.
