Long time customer, as a mystery to modern medicine, I love coming in for a chat with some staff or naturopath and to be up dated on new things re my many alignments. But there is one employee that I just keep walking past if she's working. On several occasions she's been rude, unwilling to help and has no idea of the products she's selling. Last visit I was asked "we'll you do a better job then"! After dealing with health food shops for nearly 25 years, I know I could....

The ladies who work in this shop are what makes this a really excellent business.  I have been in here on many occasions with various ailments for me or my children or simply wanting advice and they are amazing.  Incredibly knowledgeable about their products, full of suggestions, ideas and advice.  They have an excellent range of alternative health products and a yummy range of foods.  Excellent shop with brilliant staff!

The rudest and most unprofessional staff i have ever encountered. I have shopped there twice for other people. I admit i dont have an extensive knowledge on the merchandise and dont expect to be talked down to and belittled for misprenouncing a word. The second time they were more interested in gossiping then acknowledging a paying customer only on the other side of the cash register.me, my girlfriend and family will ever be returning again and will inform all locals i know to stay away.
