I have been shopping at Nourish lane for a few years now. The quality of the staff and their knowledge is next level amazing. The products on offer are extensive and I have even had them source items for me when they have not stocked them. Always a pleasure to shop there. Thank you

Great little store with helpful and friendly staff. They even sell my favourite paleo fruit loaf which I’ve only ever been able to buy at one other place before so was pleasantly surprised! It’s in a convenient location, just a 20 second walk in from the carpark, with lots of other useful shops in the same complex making a trip there quite productive. They also have a loyalty program which is free to sign up to.

The staff are all super friendly and helpful. They’re happy to recommend the best product for me, and if they don’t have what I’m after in stock, they’re usually able to order it in for me.

I don’t have a lot of experience with vitamins and supplements so I was nervous about asking for help. I was worried that I wouldn’t know if I was being sold more than I needed. The advice I got was measured, reasonable and exactly what I needed. I was sold just one great product, which I now swear by. Nourish Lane gave me honest 5 star customer service.

Always love my products from nourish lane, only the best quality! Their loyalty program is super easy to sign up to and earn points and the staff are always so lovely and helpful. Definitely recommend

Love this health food shop. You can tell the selection of products have been handpicked. And I always receive personalised, qualified advise from the team!

3 years ago I wrote a negative review about this shop. I hadn’t been in there for over two years due to terrible customer service but last year I needed something and thought “I know what I want and do not need any help so I’ll give it a chance”. Well, I am so glad I did. There is a more helpful energy about the shop now and it was pleasant to shop there. They were very helpful and have proven reliable each time I go in there. It just goes to show that a business can turn around and improve their weak points. Nourish Lane is my first stop for any natural remedy needs that I have.

My husband and I have always found the Nourish Lane staff to be very helpful and knowledgeable, and we are very impressed that they remember our names as fairly frequent shoppers. The store has great variety and reasonable pricing given the quality of the products. We highly recommend it.

Clear, helpful advice.  I appreciated the way these folks listened first, and then offered suggestions. I came away with the right purchases for my insomnia which are definitely helping! Thankyou. I will continue to visit Nourish lane.

Long time customer, as a mystery to modern medicine, I love coming in for a chat with some staff or naturopath and to be up dated on new things re my many alignments. But there is one employee that I just keep walking past if she's working. On several occasions she's been rude, unwilling to help and has no idea of the products she's selling. Last visit I was asked "we'll you do a better job then"! After dealing with health food shops for nearly 25 years, I know I could....
