Awesome shop! Great range. The wall of flavour extracts is incredible. The owner is a true blue legend and he'll help you really well if you put in the effort before coming in. Some say it's poor service but genuinely it's not - just don't expect to have your hand held. Point is, the shop is reliable, well stocked, and worth a visit. Keep on chasing the craft, chasers!

What a strange person... I went in there, clearly admitting that I knew very little and bought several hundred dollars worth of kit and supplies to get started. The guy was quite arrogant, and I got the impression that he'd rather be talking with someone else. I thought "maybe he was having a bad day"... On subsequent 2 visits he was exactly the same, offering no real advice especially when I mentioned a product he didn't stock that I bought from a major distributor and treating me with disdain. If I go to the trouble of physically visiting a place, I expect a modicum of decency and hopefully respect. Not from this guy though - never going back!
Don't know much about brewing yet, but the range seemed large and the service was great.
After being a client of a nearby business for a number of years and always looking at this store wanting to get a brew kit for my husband I thought what better time than during lockdown to pop in and grab a kit. Sad to say though that within 30 seconds of parking in the stores allocated parking spaces with the intent of dropping something to a business nearby and then coming in to browse and buy I was met by an arrogant man asking me to move my car. Mind you there was 3 empty spaces So much for trying to support local small businesses No problem though I moved my car and business elsewhere
