Helpful staff and well organized shop. The grain room is a self serve grain supermarket which is amazing It is good to know that many products are designed and manufactured in Australia. If you want the right gear with good value , this is the place.
Terrible customer service. Keg King shipped my order to the wrong address and took forever to respond to queries. It's been 8 days thus far and looking like it will be at least 2 weeks before I get my order if at all. Definitely won't waste my time ordering from them again.
Everything you need and more. Just getting into brewing and I was like a kid in a candy store... but a bloke kinda candy store... because well... BEER! Definitely will be coming back
100% Quality 100% Value 100% I bought one of these online. When I hooked it up, there was a small issue, most likely from shipping. I contacted KegKing and despite the time of year around xmas, they resolved the issue completely. They gave me personalized service and all was good within 1 week of my first contact. Considering my remote location, that is outstanding!. Not only did they solve the issue, they went above and beyond what was asked to ensure my satisfaction. So 5 stars for after sales service. Now to the product. I challenge anyone to find a more compact, more efficient and cheaper product that can do all this does. It was simple to setup as long as you can read, operation is child's play and the result is exactly what was advertised well a bit better actually. It chilled 23 litres of 28 degree wash down to 19 degrees in under 5 hours with ambient 30 degrees plus, and it has kept it there, despite me not using the recommended insulation. I have it, but I just wanted to test the unit's capability. I could have gone well down in temperature, but the stout I am fermenting did not require it. Outstanding!. If you want to ferment without any temperature hassles, this is the item. It even warms in winter. Try that with any other solution. Its capabilities are well beyond my needs, but now I am starting to think about other possibilities. Well done KegKing!
I reached out to them on Monday regarding a kegerator and the sales rep I was emailing stopped responding. I called on Wednesday and got a quote emailed through again and the sales rep also then stopped replying to my emails. I finally called them on Friday to try and order the kegerator. I ordered and paid over the phone. They told me was in stock and i would get it in 3-4 business days. They then called back to say they didn’t actually have it. The soonest I could get it was January next year. So disappointed I had to chase them all week to get it and even paid for it to get told they never actually had it. Just got a refund instead :
David and the rest of the team over there were incredibly helpful when it came to me needing some recalibration advice and their youtube videos were also very clear and easy to follow too. Thanks again guys!
Placed an order on Sunday before Xmas and living in regional Victoria thought I wouldn’t see my items until after Xmas but arrived within 3 days. Absolutely brilliant service
Not bad. Interesting range of ingredients and additives etc but not as helpful as Kegland to be honest
Absolutely no customer service what so ever. Have been contacting them for some time now with no return calls or communication. Seems once they have your money they dont want to know you to resolve any issues. If thats the way they run there business i highly recommend shopping elsewhere.
I used their online store several times now. Great range, quick delivery..
