Bought car fridge and broke down. Under warranty however they did not answer phones for two weeks or reply to emails. Local repairer tried to contact also no deal - we both thought gone out of business. Paid $100 to local repairer who said failed motor. Eventually got onto keg king who arranged pickup and 6 weeks later said as other technician looked at voided warranty. They won’t repair. Dodgy company , dodgy product.

Very knowledgeable staff and store prices are the best around. there are online sources available bit this place is your one stop shop for brewing supplies at a very reasonable price

Rude, bitter and arrogant.... Terrible customer service from the most experienced staff member. The new guy was ok Won't be going back. This place is good if you have plenty of experience otherwise i would avoid. Plenty of other places with friendly passionate people happy to help you get set up and give you all the info you will need to brew your own tasty craft beer,without looking down there nose at you. Rude, bitter and arrogant will be the name of my first home brew!

Wheels seems to have fallen off the place. Was awesome whilst it lasted. The guy from the tutorial videos is no longer there and seems to have been the guy keeping it together?
