RUN AWAY FROM THIS NANDO. the restaurant and all eating equipments are SUPER DIRTY. Please look at the photos closely. ALL the services knifes, forks and spoons can not be used. They have food stick on all of them. I can see the dry veggies and dry chicken skin on them. SUPER DISGUSTING. I wonder if they clean their kitchen or even make sure the food we buy from them is clean.
Disgusting food standards. I ordered the Super Fuel Salad, half way through eating I had discovered a dead insect in the lettuce. The salads should be thoroughly washed, this is evidence that the food is not. Totally unacceptable from a chain restaurant. Bad customer service too. Do not go here.
The best nandos out of them all. Portions are generous and chicken was really juicy and delicious. Salad was also delicious. Love how I could control the amount of balsamic vinegar that goes on the salad by using the glass bottle of dressing that you can ask a staff member for at the registers.
This was the first place we ate at when we landed in Sydney. It was good! Environment was clean and comfortable.
Used to be good but poor services no service to be exact and ridiculously long wait time in the past 2 years due to insufficient staff. Shop often didn’t open it or closed early suddenly, unreliable work hours. Everything everywhere was dirty. No staff was available to clear the dishes, utensils were dirty, sauces were in bottles without lids with flies enjoying the sauces on bottle mouth.
Waited at the counter for over 5 minutes to even be acknowledged when picking up my order. Multiple people walked up past me and got served even though I was standing right in front of the til. When I was approached the man asked me what I wanted to order food or what
3 Star rating just for food. 1 star for cleanliness - tables, cutlery, sink, everything looked dirty. I keep visiting at least 2-3 times a month. And they have stopped keeping water bottles/glasses. Used sauce bottles are dirty and greasy - the staff need to wipe oil/clean it before they keep it back.
I wish I could rate them Zero here. After attending the counter to put my order through they did ask me to use the QR code to order . It took 5 minutes and I couldn’t order online because they didn’t provide me with the table number .Then I got to the counter and they told me it’s 15 minutes waiting. No apologies and no manner . Date 27 December at 2:00 PM Owner of this business should fire the supervisor who was in charge today

Very Poor Service. Ordered our food 45 mins ago. Still it’s pending. Never come again. Food 02/10 Very disappointed.
