Ordered Pizza combo. Pizza was excellent however for 3rd consecutive time I have bought there, I have ordered this combo and they have run out of garlic bread. They had to give me spud bites again. Next time when I ask for the soft drink I will mention no ice as there was too much and the lemon lift tasted like water.
The baby or small pizzas I don't know what they are called made me vomit. I am not allergic to anything but I think they have salmonella. Don't ever buy them, despite their cheap prices.
They don't note down your name which is weird... They have to remember your face and call you out to take your order by saying "hey, you!". The topping falls straight off the pizza, so i had to use a spoon to scoop up the cheese etc back onto the pizza. I like how they use mozzarella good quality cheese
If you want to get the order right, maybe its better to actually listen to the order before just wandering off and getting your colleague to finish the order. Also the food is already cold. I think you guys should get a different preheater when preparing the pizzas.
I was waiting for a veggie pizza & the lady in the kitchen choose to the freshly baked pizza to a white lady has been waiting for the same type of pizza for a much less time than I do. & just straightly ignores me. The guy who served us has just left so she came out of the kitchen to ask the white lady what she was waiting for & even though I was standing right next to her & clearly wait for my order I'm not intending to be sensitive, but it kind of feels race related. So, totally ruined my day. & racism sucks! Never coming to this place ever again.
Serve Freshly made pizzas! It appears that the service here has taken a different approach. Pizza i bought had cheese all stuck to the box, clearly it was on the shelf for a while. I would avoid this place from now on.
Unempolyment, long waiting periods and bad quality food are the main reasons I disliked it. The long waiting periods take the express out of Pizza Hut Express and those garlic breads were way to buttery, and they really pumped up with cheese. But I got a free 2nd pizza so it earned an extra star.
literally the best and most entertaining customer service I've ever received. a man brought my pizza out to me and tapped me on the shoulder and hid. isit the funniest thing that's happened at a pizza place. pizza is amazing too
I went here on a Tuesday for lunch and a staff member who works there wearing glasses CLIMBED over the counter right near their front gate/door/entry to the shop. He came back out 5mins later to do the banking and yet again CLIMBED over the counter. Obviously a high risk of food contamination. I emailed head office & I received an email from franchisee and she thought I said on a Sunday... I know banks don't open on Sundays & obviously the owner didn't chat to the staff. I refuse to eat here again! If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Such a disgrace from a large company.
Despite the popularity of Meat Lovers pizza, they never have any ready. Tried their BBQ chicken pizza instead, but it was more a BBQ and mushroom pizza with three yes, only 3 bits of chicken. Very poor quality.
