The staff made sure we were seated comfortably and helped us with our order.nnThe food was delicious as always, but the real standout was the customer service. The team was amazing—especially Salman, who was super friendly and made us feel very welcome. We were extremely happy with the overall experience.nnMust-try: the mini cheese garlic pita, peri-peri chips, and the bell pepper sauce — an absolutely delicious combo.nnIf you’re looking to enjoy Nando’s with great food and a great vibe, this is definitely the place to go. This has been the first Nando’s I ever visited here in Australia and by far - best experience. Their service is great, and the place is so clean. Food has always made me happy. Today I was served by Salman, and recommended a dish by Sohini. Both these staff were great with their service and the whole experience was delightful. Sure to come here again. Try their perinaise if you like surprises!
Today I went to Nando’s and had grilled chicken — so far, it’s been my best Nando’s meal. The chicken was perfectly cooked with just the right amount of sauce. The staff were 10/10! Hats off to the legend who’s been working there since last year and maintaining the place so well. Kudos
Excellent speed and service as we ordered through Uber eats. I don't know about the atmosphere at this nandos so it gets a 3. But what really grinded my gears was this cremated drumstick/leg portions of our chicken. The breast was still fine and tasty enough but I don't think half an edible chicken is worth almost $60
After three weeks of having no luck with a Nando's coupon that was emailed to me, but no Nando's would accept it and I couldn't get an answer why ... finally, a happy ending. I went to Nando's Elsternwick yesterday, and there was no trouble.nnThe staff were super helpful, and gave me what the coupon promised. The food was very tasty. All's well that ends well.nnCheers and many thanks to Nando's Elsternwick for being so kind and helpful!
