This fast food place did impress me! Super cozy: comfortable chairs and tables, area for washing hands, multiple sauces, couch in the waiting area, big windows with view! Very convenient system of making order via QR-code. Food was good and staff was friendly too. Just AMAZING
I ordered a takeaway from here last weekend with my boyfriend. We both ordered a wrap and fries each. We both paid an extra $7.50 for 'extra chicken breast' to have in the wrap, which already cost upwards of $17 per wrap .nnWhat we received were wraps that were jam-packed with lettuce and 3 measly pieces of chicken... it was laughable An absolute rip-off, and cheeky as hell!! What would we have received if we didn't order 'extra chicken breast'? Half a piece of chicken per wrap? What a joke! Never again!
Yes, Nandos is national chain. But the Elsternwick store is the best one in my view.n- Professional, friendly and courteous staff who take the time to wash their hands too.n- Clean restaurant.n- Efficient service and cooking from the kitchen team.n- Abundant indoor and outdoor seating options.
I had to change my good rating. I ordered a whole chicken. The serving was smaller than I expected seems to be missing pieces. First I don’t like the fact they chopped up the whole chicken into pieces. I seem to be missing breast meat! Very disappointing did they change ownership since I came here 9 months ago? I will not be coming back don’t like the business practice of selling a whole chicken with missing breast meat!
We eat at Nando's every few months, and this Nando's is the best. The restaurant is clean, and the staff is friendly. There was a mix-up where I ordered a whole chicken but received a half instead, but the staff on the floor handled it courteously. She was very kind. Despite being busy, they promptly provided the delicious chicken. Thank you!
