Tried to transfer money internationally through NAB rockingham Branch. rockingham branch lost my $85k, lodged an investigation that was guaranteed to take x2 days which I had to pay for. Branch manager never got back to me! Money is still MIA. Lack of empathy towards individuals hard earned money… international business deal falling through due to balls up. Very unprofessional branch and bank. Better off with another bank!! Do not recommend using NAB
The staff are great but the service of the bank is absolutely appalling. I have been in the que for 1 hour to get change for our business. So my business has to suffer due to being incorrectly staffed. Considering the royal commission looked into service of banks and it showed they put profits before service you would have thought they would try a bit more now. I would not recommended being a NAB customer unless you never need human interaction. Not impressed
I tried to deposit an amount into their ATM for rent to my real estate agents account and the machine proceeded to shut down. The bank closed while they stuffed around with the machine. I was advised that they could see the money stuck in the machine. After I questioned the woman managers authority to do something more than make me wait for an investigation, she asked me to leave. They then locked the doors and called the police on me and rang the real estate agent and told them that the police were involved. I did nothing criminal and I intend on taking legal action against the manager. The money was put into the intended recipients account a week later
They had two tellers running during peak hour - the queue had 10 people initially and ended with 20+ when i left. One teller was occupied for 30+ minutes by one client counting coins manually. A smart atm, more staff or a coin counting machine would go a long way at this branch. I was waiting 40 minutes for a 30 second cash deposit. Worst experience at a NAB or any bank branch Ive had and this is coming from someone who interfaces with banks on a daily basis.
35 year customer. Went in for a small housing loan. After 2 weeks got told application sent East to a broker and they wouldn't meet finance date of contract. Now 10 weeks later still not approved. Disgusted with service after hours on hold and non replies to emails.
Unfriendly and incompetent, a nice new shopfront but i am honestly shocked by how useless these guys are, especially after you have to wait 15 minutes to be seen.
The staff at NAB have been fantastic. They have been very helpful with my friend who has required assistance regularly. Thank you to all of you.
Took 10 mins to find the place, not in the middle of the shopping centre! They’re at the opposite entrance to Target! But the staff were helpful!
