I cannot speak more highly of the efficient and courteous manner in which a somewhat unusual issue was handled by the lady staff member who approached me when I entered the bank.  As a customer who generally banks on line, it is good to know that help is at hand when it becomes necessary to seek face to face assistance.

I am absolutely and extremely pleased with my experience at the Booragoon branch. I was met at the entrance by a courteous staff member and directed to the appropriate bank officer. Nic Song is the  manager I was fortunate to work  with. He took the time to advise me with my problem knowledgeably and with patience. I enjoyed working with Nic Song. I'm impressed overall with the service and staff at Commonwealth Bank Booragoon.

Worst bank ever. They don’t have a system to hold a place in queue while on a call. Never pick up phone for hours. And I went to the garden city commonwealth branch, rather than attending to my query, they asked to call the bank . And when I said no one picks the phone for hours, the staff just laughed and agreed with me. How pathetic that is.

The wait time is worse than the Dr Appointment and for such a simple task.   Absolutely no idea of the impact this has on people.   It’s all about them

Ok, I can see by the reviews these guys have a bad reputation. Now that I've been there I can see why. No motivation to help, everything was just to hard. Won't be joining Comm bank.

Fast, excellent service with no troubles at all

No complaints about the service at this branch but just wondering why it is no longer open later on a Friday as used to be the case. Palmyra branch now closed - seems bank policy is to reduce opportunities for customers to access over the counter service. The cynic might suggest banks will only be happy when everything is on line - with less humans to employ.

1 teller on duty 2 people meeting people at the door to guide them to the only teller. Trying to socially distance all the way out the door. Worst branch I've visited by some distance

This is the worst Commbank Branch in Perth. The staff are incompetent and do not even offer assistance or the available options which is stated on the website. They never answer the phone nor do they call you back. Every other Commbank Branch I have never had this type of experience..
