Visiting this service station at day time is tolerable, but if you visit it in the late hours of the evening or the early hours of the morning it's a nightmare. Customers are forced to conduct their transactions through a small hinged metal flap. It is cramped, dirty and bothering to use. Especially if you decide to pay for your petrol by card. The console operator shoves the corded card reader into the flap and customers  must cramp their hands to enter their pin details.

Locking the shop front doors and forcing customers to use the after hours window is normal in Perth's 24 hour service stations but the one at Catlex Bentley is the worst I have ever had to endure. The owners must be too stingy to purchase an after hours slide draw like other decent service stations have.

Good luck buying a loaf of bread from this after hours service hatch.

Another problem I found with this Caltex service station is the the refrigerator that the masters chocolate milks are in. The shelf above the masters flavoured milks are positioned too close to the top of the milks. Customers are forced to squash and squeeze their flavoured milks between the limited space available. It's not impossible to do but I always end up with deformed flavoured milk cartons.
