All bank are busy with a long queue. The staff who talk to the queue was very helpful and really helping to clear the queue. In google, it doesn't clear about the way to walk to, especially when you get into Carousel by the entrance near HBF and Medibank. It should turn right and pass the CBA. Carousel has no info pillars at this entrance.

very bad experience with staff, even closed 4:15pm then why your time until 5:00pm

Hi guys just want to share my view for disrespectful staff, I went there to do an important work. Meanwhile got a business call while the staff attending me. I did  take her permission to attend the call. Once I was off the phone instead of dealing with me she said sorry I have other customers to deal with. This is rude. Being a ANZ customer and working on app application while sitting next to the staff, instead of looking after me, she said sorry  have to attend other customers. I felt so insulted.

Bad bad bad bad experience. Their attitude said it all "I don't care what ahppened to you, I'm just working!"

I have been told that I have to make a booking to close my bank account, and they don’t have any available time on the day even they still have 5 hours till close. They ask me to come back next week, so I have to drive to another ANZ branch to close my account, which only take a few minutes.

Tried to open an account with them. It took forever in store for the person to help us. Then apparently they had made two accounts for me so they had to fix that which tool even longer. Eventually they said they were done and the account was active. It's been over a week now and we can put money in but still can't take it out. They have over $500 of my money and when we called to ask what's going on, they said they didn't know and hung up.

I would give a zero star if I could. The bank broker cannot even figure out how to do the loan application form properly in the first place. The information is missing and filled incorrectly. A staff is not even familiar with its own professional stuff, and I waited for 2 hours to get in an appointment. So disappointed.

Enquiry about a home loan showed up knowledge deficiencies in the Loan Officer. Doesn't inspire confidence that the loan will be set up properly. Seen the earlier reviews about ANZ customer service so that's making me look to other banks.

There are people in the office, must have been doing other work but I had to wait for a very long time. Never had this much wait time in a bank. Thought I'd give ANZ bank a go but after this wait I will think twice before recommending it to someone else. There were staffs from 2 desk in one office just having chat but didn't worry about the waiting curtomers.

Worst customer service experience ever! I went with my dad to get some services done, and the lady at the counter named Bianca with no smile at all, gave negative responses for all our requests at the first place. Her favourite phrase was “I don’t think so” to whatever the request we made. We felt like she doesn’t want to help us. Work was done but this became the worst ANZ experience ever! What a awful customer service!
