I was told by ANZ to pop into any branch to sign papers. On arrival the lady at the desk was very Friendly but the bloke doing the home loan side of things was very rude and told us we should of made an appointment. I explained to him that anz told me to come into any branch and it won't take long to sign the forms. The bloke in the branch didn't care and told me I mustnt listen to them. I told him it's proably something they need to address and he said they don't listen to us. The branch was empty so I don't know what the big deal was. Don't think we will be with anz for long to be honest. The whole process from start to finish has been one big headache and very unprofessional. Disappointed
Terrible customer service and closes at the most ridiculous of times. On numerous occasions I have gone to this branch for banking to find a note on the door stating they are closed for lunch or training or for no reason given at all. Very frustrating when trying to do business banking.
Terrible service trying to call the 24 hrs service number , very long wait times and the local success branch has over many years provided below average service and I often have to go in extra times to sort out simple changes , staff are also inexperienced and high employee turnover rate and indication of poor management.
"Closed for lunch" for an hour at the most busy part of the day. A single cashier on duty. ANZ is a multi-billion dollar business. Hire some staff. Will be warning away anyone considering using ANZ.
Awful customer service, branch manager and senior staff are very unprofessional with don't know don't care attitude. I left the branch without anything been resolve. Totally waste of time.

Terrible services they have. I took a off from work to verified details for new account. After a long wait over a month they again said to have appointment to verification as last time it didn’t go through. Again off from work just to verify details. Seriously ??? Australian worst bank ever
Took an appointment for credit card advice.. Waited long happily.. Just to get a staff who reads whats in the website Dissapointing
