*UPDATE* Laura after giving full details here and yet your response was the same as before. Your assumption in which you said that the tyre may have been accidently punctured during assembly, for your info the rear tyre was already assembled upon delivery, only the front tyre was assembled by me. So perhap it was indeed puntured by your end! I purchased an Ebike Valk MX7 on the 25th Dec 2022 for close to 1k! I had to go away for work and got back around 3weeks later and assembled the bike. I did not even get a chance to ride it expect to test ride it. After not even a week the back tyre went totally flat without riding. I reached out to Customer Service and was told I cant get refund, fair enough but neither were they able to offer me any assistance with a repairman. I have already mentioned I dont have a car to ttansport my bike. Instead I was offered $100 to get it repaired. I contacted many shops and the quotes were between $130 to $150. Yet the company refuses to reimburse the cost. Is this how business is done? Faulty bikes are sent out? This company is the worse ever to deal with and Customer service is really bad! Imagine the safety if I was on the road with a faulty bike! DISAPPOINTED!!!!
Brought 2 new E-Bikes. Assembled and pumped tyres up to correct pressure. left inside until car rack arrived. NEVER ridden. Went back to test fit bikes, and found front tyre flat. Found hole in the thinnest tube I have ever seen. Sent numerous emails expressing issue, stone walled with a Video request. I had patched tube and replaced, but requested a replacement. More stonewalling after calls and emails. Gave up. Went for first ride of 10km and another puncture, repaired that and when I was re-inflating, the tyre blew. The tubes are so thin, when you inflate they bulge into the spoke adjust holes and puncture. Phone support guy new about it, but said it wasn't up to him. After being stuck 10km from home, good samaritan gave me a lift and was able to get replacement tube, Replaced with a cheap kmart tube, which was twice as think and no problems since. If only I could give no stars.
I humbly request anyone reading this review. Please do not waste your time and money. I have made a purchase of $539. Cannot reach to their phone as according them they cannot answer calls at all. Why don’t you stop this business if you can’t run it. In email says wait for confirmation email. That’s what I am not getting. That’s the reason for contact. Be aware don’t Waste your money
I am very happy with the service at Mytopia. We purchased an exercise bike and after 9 months it developed a fault. We were able to return the bike for assessment, then we were offered a replacement and it was quickly delivered. Communication was great - thank you Maxine and others.
I have just purchased a MX9500 concrete cutoff saw. I've spent the entire day trying to get this thing to start. I've followed the manual. Checked spark plug connection. Used the correct fuel. It does not work!! As a customer I'm fairly certain that I'm entitled to receive a fully functional product. VERY DISAPPOINTING and I want something done about this ASAP.
I wish i could give them less then 1 star. I placed a order and never got a confirmation email if its been received or about dispatch information. I decided to cancel the order. I sent them email to cancel it ,no answer from them. I been trying to contact them through phone call but no one answering and its going to their voice mail. I paid $400 and now i am stuck that how get the refund back from them. beware of these guys not sure how come these guys are in the market if they are scam.
So I read alot of reviews and seemed mixed good and bad. My experience so far has been goodl. Ordered 2x ebikes on Monday and just received today so prompt delivery. I was sent an email with the e-manuals attached, another email confirming the courier company then I was given updates direct from the courier for delivery date and time almost to the minute. Lets hope no surprises when boxes are opened and assembled. **UPDATE ** bikes are assembled no issues charged overnight and all working, no dings or scratches on them they were well packaged
I sent them email regarding quality of the battery charging socket about 10 days ago, they still have’t replied. Apart from email, a phone number should also be available for support. My father 64 years old will now have to travel 1.5 hours each way on public transport to reach the warehouse for getting his problem fixed.
My experience with Mytopia has been completely positive. My wife ordered an e-bike that was a great price and delivered quicker than expected in just a few days. So far the bike is great and no issues.
Still waiting on my delivery now over 22 days and they are located less than 20k from me. no one answers the phone, no reply to my emails - nothing, still haven't got my $150.00 item paid for in full 22 days ago, still cant get an assistance - simply think twice seems a extremely dodgy organization. adding to this its now week 6 and i still have had no contact nor has my product turned up. i have made over 18 calls now to a answering machine
