Heaps of parking and a great little shopping centre

Unfortunately I have no luck at this store. A poor customer experience about every second time I visit the store especially from younger female staff. Could be systemic issue. This time it was Katherine at the service desk. On Sunday the 19th of November I wanted to buy a Lego Technik set which was discounted. I was entitled to a further discount but was told it could only be applied at the Service Desk. The item was already in my trolley and the staff took it out of my trolley and transferred it to the service desk. I continued shopping and by time I reached the checkout was told that they had sold it to the customer. I was absolutely disappointed, but the most disappointing part was the extremely poor manner in which Katherine told me "Too bad, you should have bought it straight away along with her completely poor attitude and sass. I was not told I had to complete the transaction under a certain time and in fact was spending more money in the store. Completely unacceptable customer service. As my colleague put it - pathetic! Advise to a company who lost $150m last year, please hire and train staff who understand customer service.

The manager there today 03/01/18,,, 130pm was rude and unhelpfull, how can a big shop like big w hire someone that is incompetent for a manager.

All Big W shops are the same and now that you don't get Woolworth's points there isn't any difference between them and Kmart and Target
