I had an issue with something I purchased and Pat went above and beyond to help me. This is the place to be and you have gained yourselves a new loyal customer. This was months back, but I remember. Unfortunately I had a bad experience, my friend had a play on the Grand piano not wanting to buy it.... He's a very good player and plays all around for retirement homes. I didn't see a problem... Because not the average person is going to want to purchase such a beauty just with a average income. He got told to get off the piano because he isn't buying it, in a very rude tone.. Felt pretty unwelcome! We wanted to both purchase to keyboards but not after that. Maybe it was a bad day for the staff, no hate, but it sucked :
Very lovely staff and very helpful! Went all over town looking for a tuner that I was told was 1 too old fashioned or 2 didn't exist...and these awesome people had it! Picked up a guitar to go along with it :
Fantastic service, and a brilliant fella to work on and fix/repair your instruments. Absolutely recommend a visit!
Couldn't say enough about the fantastic customer service we received when buying a guitar for our daughter, extremely helpful, patient and informative.....will definitely support these guys again
Outstanding gents here. Went way out of their way to save me some coin. Pat even offered to deliver 2 pallets to my flat! long story. Spend your money here.
Great place. Was offered lots of advice and ZERO pressure to buy anything that you could not afford. Highly recommended.
