A friend said they had some vinyl..wow ! So much vinyl... Lucky I live 3 hours away or half my pay would be going here regularly. Very helpful staff. Highly recommend. Highly recommended
They just don’t seem to care, so good luck. Unfortunately we don’t have a lot of options so a boycott isn’t possible, but I go to great lengths to avoid shopping here as the service is very hit or miss and when it misses it can be really frustrating.

The staff are amazing. They are so helpful and knowledgable. I’ve had great help and recommendations for items I have bought from JBs, and when they haven’t had something in stock, they have always been able to suggest an alternative product or another shop in Dunedin to try. Plus, they have a great range of products at fantastic prices. This is now my go-to place for all things electronic!
Great service, a bit expensive tbh but products are worth the price
Not happy - they made the mistake of selling us two empty cases and didnt put the games in. I lost two hours and a lot of petrol, having to drive back for the manager to not even apologize and not giving us any discount for the mistake THEY MADE!
Its the same as every other JB store in the country... Quite cluttered... the staff are always dressed sloppy... they never really know much about the products... but I think thats the casual look theyre after?
I am upgrading my last rating from 3's to now 4's Good shopping experience this time around and the staff member was really helpful and knowledgeable heaps of electronic temptations in this store.....
Bought a laptop from them a display model. Then they downgraded the windows operating systems even those was advertised as the most current one.
Two gentlemen helped me solve a cabling issue for an additional monitor set up brilliantly.
