This shop used to be the premiere gift shop for many years in Dunedin. The quality of customer service have declined considerably as they expanded. The merchandising is excellent and packaging well thought of. Presentation have always been their strong point. A nice place to browse and window shop. Price points are reasonable.

Terrible customer service. Sold a platter to me for my mother in law for christmas and I didn't check it because I trusted that they would do that- which the guy serving me didn't. Not until I got home (3 hour drive away) that I discover there is a big chip out of it and I have to travel the 3 hours back to get a refund.
