Its a good place to do a phone services especially for the battery replacement. The staff gave me an advice for the phone durability and good information. Time taken for the battery replacement is fast and the cost are affordable for students. Much recommended !
Be ware. If you want to see a magician go here. The man tried to fool us into replacing a port on iPhone for $120. Pulled the plug out of wall and told us it wouldn't powerup. Pretended to push the power button, very fast moving hands. An absolute scam!!! I feel sorry for the vulnerable/older people that go here and waste money. We went across the road and the man plugged it in and said we needed a new cord as it charged immediately.
Thank you to the wonderful staff at Omnitech for replacing my water-damaged phone at a low cost! Very understanding and cooperative service. Highly recommend

Unfortunately this place is a scam - ignore the good reviews. I bought a Bluetooth car plugin from here that didn't fit in my car. I returned the item the next day and was assured my card would be refunded. Despite months of trying to contact this branch they have never processed this refund and kept my $60. During the original purchase they also seemingly made up the price, which was very expensive. Wish I'd just walked out but I thought the good reviews here made the place legit!
Quick and fast service. It always bugged me that my Samsung, S22 ultra, touch screen was average at best compared to my S10 note. After having my screen fixed and a new gel screen saver added, it is now lightening fast. Love it. Thanks guys
Quick service good persons really good communications
I got my phone screen repaired but now my thumb print doesn't work, screen calibrations are conolerely broken, my front camera is all foggy and dirty INSIDE the glass, my screen is hard to swipe open and now my phone is glitching and tapping random buttons and fritting out and the back of my phone at the top is bulging where they took the back of my phone out. GOD KNOWS WHY THEY OPENED THE BACK AND GLUED IT BACK DOWN, it was just the front screen damaged, I've seen MANY REPAIRS on similar phones where the back hasn't had to be taken out so why did they do it?!?! The glue they used smells like eyelash glue or nail glue and it isn't very good. I wasted $290$260 for repair + $30 for screen protector for them to ruin my phone even more and slap a stupid screen protector on it. I'm not happy. I emailed Omnitech about the issues ON THE DAY of the repairs, and still no answer. No refund was given, no contact was made or nothing. I want my money back and I want it back now. The screen repair was not done up to a standard worth $260.
Terrible experience, don't go near Omnitech they are a dodgy outfit! Here's the full story: I took my iPhone into Omnitech because of charging issues it was charging intermittently and only worked when I jammed the lightning cable into the port and pushed up. The guy behind the counter told me I needed a new charging port and quoted $99. I didn't have time to go anywhere else so I gave him my phone, 20 mins and $99 later the job was done and he showed me the phone was charging using a cable behind the counter. He also tried so sell me a bunch of other stuff but I wasn't having it, I paid for the charging port repair and left thinking the problem was solved. I arrived home 30 mins later to find out the phone wouldn't charge at all I tried 4 different cables, all different brands one of which was a factory Apple charger. My phone also wouldn't play music through an aux cable with a lightning adapter which is a new problem. Not the outcome I was hoping for so I posted a 1 star review and went back in the next day to ask for a refund. When I returned the next day the guy was not happy about my negative review. I explained that the phone was not charging at all and was now having additional problems playing music. I asked for a refund and he refused on the basis that the phone was charging just fine with his cable he plugged it in behind the counter and it worked again. When I asked why doesn't it charge using any other cables he couldn't give me a straight answer, all he did was keep waving the phone at me to prove it was charging, and said I could buy any charging cable off the shelf and it would work. When I mentioned the issue with playing music, he said when charger ports are replaced not all accessories are supported....I came to the conclusion that they must be using cheap knock off parts which only work with certain accessories probably the brand they sell in store, another cheap sales tactic. By this point I had given up hope of any refund or successful phone repair - I just wanted to get out of there! To make matters worse he refused to give my phone back despite me asking several times. He just kept going about how it was working fine I just needed one of his cables. Finally he handed the phone over only because I said I would remove this negative review, lol not a chance buddy. All in all spent $99 and an hour of my life with absolutely nothing to show for it. Terrible experience, complete waste of time and money. I have since read reviews from a few other people who had similar experiences, not at all suprised!
