If I could rate a 10, I would. Our proximity key broke which left our car stranded. We had our fingers crossed and hoped the price would be affordable. Our expectations were met in price as well as service. We received two keys!! We received absolute top service. Mike took care of the matter from start to finish and everything in between and the lovely lady at the front counter was kind and cheerful. Just what I needed to see considering I was a bit sombre from not having my car. I cannot fault any part of my experience with the team at Begg Security! Amazing service! Great team! Thank you so much
Excellent ,& supportive service for an 80+ year old trying to get his mind around yet more technical stuff. Adrian did a great job with the installing, & fielded my questions with aplomb. He had a good sense of humour & took my enquiries seriously. We practised with the mechanism at the end but said that I would have other questions down the track & that I should be in touch. I think you should all take a bow for a job well done! . & I feel that I can troubleshoot with you down the track. TX ++
Arrived exactly at the time agreed and broken lock was replaced quickly and without fuss. Had everything needed to do the job so didn't need to make a return visit which is much appreciated. When it comes locks, will definitely be calling Beggs again.

Use these guys a bit for my rental properties and haven't struck anyone who's not helpful and likeable amongst their crew both in the store and out in the field. They get a good job done, and yep I'm just a normal customer, not anyone's relative haha

We were looking to change all 3 locks at the new place. Enquired about the quote online, they replied quickly and scheduled me free on-site quote. Initially I was worried that it would be expensive, but the quote given was actually within our budget. William did a great job changing the locks and was very efficient at it. Came on time and finished within an hour. Payment was made super easy with paywave on the spot! Everything was very quick and hassle-free. So happy with their service and would highly recommend them to friends and family.
Fantastic service from Beggs over a number of years. Highly recommend excellent workmanship and quick to help including after hours.
Fantastic service rang cam on Tuesday at 430pm and had two new keys chipped and cut by 3pm the next day 110% recommend nice work team
