Hot and fresh!!! While passing by the shop, I saw they were serving the freshly baked cookies, which is irresistible for a sweets lover like me. So I ordered a white chocolate almond cookie. White chocolate almond cookie tastes amazing! The chocolates are settled well within the dough and the almond flavor is kinda strong. Service is more than great and the staff are friendly.

Amazing cookies. Friendly staff. Just one request can you always have enough cookies in stock especially shortbread is always sold out. Can you make few extra batches please. I always come for shortbread and half the times I go without it as they are sold out. Thanks
. 12/2017 This easily accessible cookie shop and cafe is located at the corner of Lambton Quay and Woodward Street. The cookies are delicious and freshly prepared. Good variety of cookies. Just passing around this place and picking up the powerful cookie smell spread around can make anyone feel hungry. Coffee and tea are good as well. Welcoming staff and fast service. Compact setup. No seating available. Good for quick bite. Can turn out to be a bit heavy on wallet compared to traditionally baked cookies which is the whole purpose behind visiting this place for most of us. It is a big cookie chain spread across the country.
I really need to say their cookies are delicious, that was why I went there and bought a few cookies in previous days. The reason that I gave them 1 star was only because of the extra charge of their bags. Today I bought 4 cookies, 2 for me, 2 for my friends I asked for 3 bags, 2 in one and 2 in each bags we have 3 people. It was really rediculous that they need to charge you extra 30c for the bag cause I went there alone? To be honest I don’t mind to have all my cookies in one bag but I also got 2 friends that they are different people, and then I heard that she wanted me to pay extra 30c just for the extra bag? I don’t understand what does it mean by ‘extra’? I could pay for the 30c, it was just 30c but I didn’t feel okay for the extra charge, frankly speaking. It made this experience so bad, I don’t want to go there anymore. I understand they want to save the expense and these days we are all going hard, but this made me feel so awful.
Good fresh cookies, always loved mrs higgins. It got a bit expansive with the time... I use to get 3 cookies for $5 time ago, now just 2... also, it may be the closed borders, but there is not much variety of cookies... kiwi types only... meh.... recommended anyway
Most amazing cookies..most amazing Flat white coffee...but seriously most amazing service. The ladies just want to serve you the best cookies in town and added to that their friendsliness will sure make me go back.The experience left me in awe

Always enjoy getting cookies from here, and have had friend who agree these are real cookies! As most of the shop ones are solid, and here you get a good variety
Used to be great place to get yummy big cookies. Retail one is much better. Once i were big fan of yours. What happened. Its just but a mediocre stuff
