How customer service use to be... those were the days. Ben is very professional and goes above and beyond. Extremely friendly and easy to talk to. No question or job is too small or large. This is the 5th waterbed I've bought from Mr Waterbed. I've been a customer since 1990, when they made me a white "leather" bladder-in-a-box (the first of three of this type of waterbed I purchased from them). In 2003, after number 3, I switched to a king Duet, and, after 14 years on that I have just bought a double, soft-sided on a 4 drawer base - which I love. Mr Waterbed has also helped me with over 11 moves over the years. An absolutely outstanding company, with an amazing work ethic and a fantastic eye for detail - each of my beds has been absolutely perfect in every detail. I am thrilled to be able to highly recommend this company to anyone in the market for a waterbed. A definite Five Star company.

Ordered a new matress online on Sunday spoke to Mr Waterbed Monday matress delivered Tuesday on the bed and sleeping on it Tuesday night. WOW what servce thank you thankyou meredith
