Shane helped me over the phone with a whole bunch of details I needed, and it was only about 5 minutes before closing time to boot. What he didn't know, he's going to find out and text to me, including whether or not they can deliver out of their usual bounds, and how much that would be. He seemed very genuine and volunteered relevant information that might have discouraged me from purchasing bed frame was larger than usual mattress size. Prices seem very reasonable. I haven't been to one of their physical stores but from first impressions, I'd be happy to do business with Mr. Sleepyman.
Called today almost at closing time. Shane was amazing at helping us out with a Single frame and Mattress for Miss 3yr Old moving upto a big girl bed. Absolutely amazing service, lovely guy will 100% be returning for when we update our bedroom suite. Thanks so much for your help Shane.
We needed to buy a KS mattress today and I was recommended Mr Sleepyman from my physiotherapist. Found exactly what we wanted and well within our budget as our bamboo mattress we chose was on sale...Fabulous service and sale was done and dusted in 15 mins!!
