We booked this hotel in the afternoon for the same evening over the phone. The manager took the booking with credit card to confirm the room. They gave us the room number over the phone and let us know where to find our key. There was no sms confirmation or email to confirm so as we were arriving at midnight, I started to worry that if anything were wrong I wouldn’t have any proof of our booking. Of course, this is Traralgon and everything was perfect. 😀The room was the one they had told us over the phone, the key was where they’d said it would be and the receipt for the night’s stay had been printed out and left on the table (although, it would be good to send a confirmation through for phone bookings, just as an added guarantee). Phew! The hotel is convenient because it is right near the freeway but not so close that it is noisy. The style and decor is simple but it worked perfectly for us. They also accept pets.

Standard motel. It was clean and the bed comfortable. Good for a night stop.

We loved our stay! Room was beautiful and staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Has everything you need and more, and is great value for money. Definitely recommend staying here if you are in the area! And you can bring your pet which is great! Will definitely be staying again the next time we are in Traralgon!

Excellent staff nice clean rooms, customer service was well above my expectations, breakfast is available in your room but best of all they have pet friendly rooms, came for a work visit but will be back again with my four legged friends
