Put in a request for a ground floor room and paid for 2 nights. When l arrived, there were no ground floor rooms available. Cutting a long story short an hour later, the manager took me to another motel, ground floor, and paid for it. She told me to come back the next day instead.l went home and lost my money. I had no confidence that l would get a ground floor room. They had sent me an email confirming my ground floor room. You can't always expect that your requests will be provided despite them stating it would.
Stayed in nearly all motels in area for work,and keep coming back here ,it is simply super clean,comfortable beds and pillows ,staff are friendly and accommodating,daily room cleaning and fresh towels and bedding,I will always stay here when room are available,,I have been disappointed with cleanliness at other local establishments,has everything you need coffee tea milk microwave toaster ect
Lots of road noise starting very early in the morning.nVery expensive for what you get. It's just ridiculous.nWe stayed in Melbourne the next night & pay much less for much more.
It was what we needed for a quick 1 night stop over. 2 bedroom unit great for families. Had all the amenities needed and looks better inside the rooms than the external facility. Would stay again for a one night stop over.
Stayed there with work over night. Was comfortable nothing flash. Noisy with road noise at times throughout the night.
