Had a very comfortable and relaxing stay at Mantra Traralgon while spending Christmas there with family. The hotel is 5 min walk from the town centre with cafe’s, shopping centre and restaurants close by. The hotel restaurant is excellent, the room spacious and bed very comfortable. Overall very happy with our experience there!
I had a well presented hotel room with pleasant helpful staff, easy access to car parking, entertainment areas, retail stores and the adjoining dining area with a satisfying meal with refreshments. Well worth the stay.nnBest bit is bowling that adjoins the hotel as does Movie Cinemas which i utilised without requiring me to drive.
Stayed for one night. The hotel is new and well-maintained. Convenient location near shops, pubs, and restaurants. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Great option for a short stay.
We enjoyed our stay here very much. Close to teh shopping centre and walking distance to the main drag with shops and cafes/takeaways/pubs/resturaunts. Rooms were clean and modern, comfy beds and underground parking. We’d stay here again for sure. The building also has good food, a cinema and room service.
We were allowed an early check in at 1.30pm. I had initially booked for x4 of us with x4 pre-paid buffet breakfasts but a few days beforehand I knew one person was not coming, I didn't want a refund for their share of the room as was just 2 beds anyway but I had paid for x4 breakfasts and I thought they would refund one of the breakfasts but they didn't so that was a bit disappointing.nnRoom was nice, there was hand prints on the mirror on the back of the door but everything else seemed clean. We were in room 303, not too close to the noisy nightclub across the road but we could still hear music, wasn't enough to keep me up but something to know if you are a light sleeper and that kind of noise annoys you. Also local hoons doing burnouts but it was a Saturday night so expected a bit of noise.nnRoom service was ok, breakfast was nice and had enough to keep adults happy, just the kids would have liked pancakes.nnI knew there was undercover parking and was worried my big 4WD wouldn't fit so I called ahead to ask about parking but the girl at reception didn't know. When I arrived I couldn't get a park on the first level so went next one down and there was plenty there, height is 2.1mtrs in case you have a big car, it fit my big 4WD fine and there was a big Chevy with a trailer that fit under as well.
