The Comfort Inn in Traralgon presents itself as quite modern from the outside and in shared areas, giving a good first impression on arrival. However, the room itself showed noticeable wear and tear that detracted from the stay. Issues included a cracked shower basin, a television that was not receiving a signal, and a front door that appeared damaged and had been temporarily repaired with gaffer tape noting the friendlystaff advised that this was caused by an unfortunate car accident and was scheduledforrepair, which raised concerns about overall maintenance and attention to detail.nOn a positive note, the staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made the experience more pleasant despite the condition of the unit. Their professionalism and willingness to assist were a clear highlight. With improved upkeep and repairs to the rooms, the Comfort Inn could better match its modern appearance and provide a more comfortable stay overall.
Good rooms, however no cutlery/crockery at all. Would appreciate a bowl or two since there is a microwave and some cutlery.nThe area was quite loud.nThe rooms are cleaned daily. Rooms are tidy and well taken care of. Good service.
Deluxe Rooms are not as advertised. Air conditioner hasn’t been cleaned since installation. Rooms are filthy with old appliances and some power outlets that don’t work. You can hear every moment of the guests upstairs. Deluxe Twin advertised and pictured on website as two beds and you get one bed and a futon with no extra bedding. Iron doesn’t work if you’re lucky to even get an iron in your room and the rooms looks like they would be the scene of a crime. There are many better options in Traralgon than this outdated and misleading motel.
Rooms are in terrible condition! Broken plaster on the walls showing signs that the room has been previously broken into!! and none of the taps in the shower work! All I can say is THANK GOD ITS A SHORT TRIP FOR BUISNESS!!! Next time will DEFINITELY book somewhere else!
Booked a standard room with kitchenette online for a week microwave and stove only to be given a room with microwave only. Staff not willing to switch to another room as was booked. Will never book here again nor will I let my staff stay here. I genuinely urge others to book else where.
