Good quality furniture but really hard to deal with. If you’re just buying floor stock go ahead. But if getting something custom, be prepared to deal with slow communication and stressful delays. Reasonably nice staff but big minus for lack of clear dependable communication about timeframes.

Absolutely beautiful!!! Great workmanship, excellent communication and very very affordable. We waited a week or two longer but absolutely worth the wait. We weren't charged extra to change hight, width and depth from the sample,making it a perfect fit and still a third the price of anything that came close to the quality locally. Will be getting more pieces made!!

We've bought furniture from this place almost 10yrs ago and recently bought another piece and its good to see that the quality of craftmanship is still there. We love the furniture at moorwood. Prices are also reasonable.

Absolutely terrible. Don't shop here! After taking our money, they advised they "ran out" of chairs and were asked to choose something else. We said we didn't want anything else and were asked to wait 6-8 weeks. this became 3 months. When the delivery driver came, they hit our house pillar and caused thousands of dollars in damage. Dont trust them. Shop elsewhere.

I bought a Japanese style bed, it is beautiful. The staff there are very nice and helpful.

I bought heaps of furniture not long ago as recommended by a friend, very good quality and affordable prices, definitely recommending it!
