Lovely staff and store, very helpful. However lost two stars for not giving me all my items at checkout, meaning I had to drive there again to pick it up. Unfortunately phone wasn’t connected so I was unable to call to ask for the item to be posted. They weren’t very apologetic about it, which is a bit frustrating given I had to drive out of my way.
Have had a great customer service experience both times I've visited the store! The staff were helpful and helped me find the right size for my shirt and the discounted prices were great
Staff were very understanding and apologetic, however the lack of aircon in an uninsulated warehouse building is a serious health concern, which is highly unfortunate considering my child loves Dangerfield and we could barely stay for longer than 5 minutes
Just a heads up. Do not use their online store. I was sent the wrong item and a torn item. It has now been 4 weeks since my order and I am yet to have my incorrect item exchanged for the correct item. Luckily, I did not wait for a response from the online store which took 2 weeks! to replace the torn item. I was able to go in store to exchange it. The people in store were very helpful which is why I have given 2 stars I have asked for some compensation for the inconvenience caused and I have been told that exchanging the item is compensation... Sorry, but that's fixing the problem not compensation. I love clothes from dangerfield and have had no issues with in person shopping but I will not be using the online shop again.

The two ladies working tonight were incredible. They made my week and were super helpful. Never have I went into a clothing store and felt so comfortable and appreciated. God bless
Simply the best service I have seen in ages. Staff were genuinely interested in helping my 12 yo find clothes that worked for her. Patient and friendly and supportive. Well done Dangerfield.
I had the most wonderful help from the staff working here Kira and Nat apologies if I've misspelled your names!. I had a bouquet of flowers which were coming apart and I went in asking if they had any spare ribbons, and both of them were so kind to help with with some tapes and bow! Made my Friday, thank you!
