I was there today for petrol. I understand its on pre-pay all the time but a person who wants to fill the tank how does that person justify how much he wants to fill! Also if i am paying cash then there is another trouble. Today the girl politley explained me about prepay situation and i agreed but the other indian girl swiped her personal smiles card ro accumulate points. She said u cant do it on cash payment. That was a lie because she already used her smiles card. You lost a customer today. I will not go back to the station. Feel sorry for the owner.
