Bought fuel from here. The price was okay and customer service was nice. You can also pay by plate on your phone, which makes it easy.
Ordered a few times from here since they’re my local and without fail they always muck up my order.nnToday I ordered x2 drinks both size large. I received them and 1 was a large and the other a small. When I told the lady I ordered both large, she tells me the ice chocolates only come in 1 size which I know for a fact isn’t true because I’ve ordered from multiple different Z gas stations and they all do bigger cups. After going back and forward with the worker I offered a solution to have my drink re-made into one of the large hot cups which she was hesitant to do In the end she put the drink in a large cup.nnOh also the marshmallows were missing from my hot chocolate once, again. They need to inform customers beforehand because it seems they are always out of marshmallows and white sugar.nnBy far the worst Z gas station around.
Pump was clean and tidy the guy Tinu who was working made a really nice coffe and made my trip easy.
Big ups to the ladies who work here! Every time I've gone in they've been busy with heaps of coffee orders etc and my coffee always tastes good and doesn't take too long to make :
I'm writing to share my experience at your z gas station. I visited last night and found the staff to be quite dull. There wasn't much interaction, and it felt like they weren't very engaged. I suggest providing additional training to enhance staff engagement during the night shift.
