I had a mocha from BP Cavendish Drive and it was honestly the worst mocha I’ve ever had. It felt like they made the coffee just for the sake of making it – no proper taste, no balance, just horrible. Very disappointing experience. BP really needs to look into the quality of their coffee at this site.

I had issues with the app and topping up my EV and a helpful guy behind the counter came out to try help but the app just wasn't allowing us to top up my EV using my app. He used his and it worked successfully. I went to look for him to pay him for helping but we had finished his shift. Really thankful for that young man's help and wanting to reward him for his help. Cavendish drive BP. The app wont allow me to locate charging stations and wont allow me to scan QR codes. Still an on going issue.

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this coffee was truly disappointing. The flavor was bitter in the worst way—burnt and sour at the same time. It tasted like the beans were either over-roasted or stale maybe both. The texture was watery, like it had been sitting in a pot for hours, and there wasn’t even the faintest aroma

Serves bad flat white coffee compared to other BP stores….can’t taste coffe just milk

Was not surprised at bad reviews because of the old lady sometimes behind coffee counternShe is extremely rude and manner less, I don't think management is hiring right people. This type of person is always harmful to business and such people should never be in customer service. I simply asked her as she seemed to be doing nothing standing behind coffee counter, that instead of in that long queue, could I buy coffee by paying at coffee counter, as it also had eftpos, she angrily shouted at me asked me to go, and in shocking manner pointed finger towards that busy counter, where only one staff was struggling with long queues.
