Was not surprised at bad reviews because of the old ladynShe is extremely rude and manner less, I don't think management is hiring right people. This type of person is always harmful to business and such people should never be in customer service. I simply asked her as she seemed to be doing could I buy coffee by and paying at coffee counter, as it also had eftpos, she angrily shouted at me asked me to go, and in shocking manner pointed finger towards that it's really disappointing
Its been multiple time now that the coffee are made by staff are the worts coffees. Multiple time I have got remade and but each time getting remade is also time waste.nNo doubt there are some staff those made excellent coffee.nAgain today got worst coffee and half way to my work its time waste for going back to get remade.

Recent experience was extremely bad. BP is our fuel and coffee place. Get my coffee everyday from BP Cavendish.nHas great and lovely experiences with most staff member, except girl from Indian origin who don’t know to handle and accept feedback from people instead taking personally.nYour behavior play is vital role in customer service, if you do not know how to treat people which is basic for frontline staff, you should not belong to Customer Service Role.nnRegular customer, ordered a coffee xtra hot this Thursday 7PM, just mentioning time so top management know who was it for, as staff member was not comfortable to share their identity coffee was burnt in way even after 50 minutes was still hot, brought the coffee back, informing its actually burnt, she started laughing, felt like she making fun of us.nnFelt so upset about it, i wish if you train your people to accept and be open to complaints, which eventually results in great customer satisfaction.nnHope there is someone, who should action on this feedback, so negative customer experience can be minimized .
Ordered a pick up cappuccino. Was well above drinking temperature and was more of a flat white with little to no chocolate dusting. Really disappointed for my first time going to this bp. Coffee wasn’t even drinkable.
