I regularly visit this site, and it’s always clean, well-organized, and welcoming. The staff are consistently friendly and go out of their way to assist with any questions or needs. Whether it’s helping me find a product, offering advice, or just providing great service with a smile, they never disappoint. Today I had a very bad experience at Mobil.nnI stopped to get fuel, but when I tried 3 times, the staff did not open the pump. I saw him through the glass and requested again, but he finally said it’s a pre-paid pump. I checked carefully and there was no sign anywhere about pre-payment.nnI went inside to ask why he didn’t open the pump, and instead of explaining politely, his behavior was rude, aggressive, and threatening. He even accused me, said he would trespass my car, and reported me to the police. I had to call the police myself, and they will be contacting me soon. He also refused to give me his name and claimed he was the manager which I highly doubt.nnI have already logged a complaint with Mobil Customer Service, and I will be waiting for a response. But I also want to raise this issue here, because customers should not be treated like criminals when there is no mistake from our side.nn Has anyone else faced this kind of misbehavior at Mobil? Any suggestions on how I should take this further?nnRespect and professionalism should be the first priority in customer service. I hope Mobil management takes strict action against this staff member.
Customer service is slack why can't understand why they don't hire people that are happy instead of sour looking people that don't like to work. Hire real people.
The guy who was on his shift, didn't allowed me use washroom, it was an emergency. I am regular guy there, i alwayes used this Mobil everytime. But the guy denied that we dont have washrooms for public.
Good service and reasonably good petrol prices. In the shop you can quick shop for snacks and hot drinks. The car wash is available too.
